1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ikojn Health website (iamikojn.com), submitting any form, joining our community, purchasing any service, or subscribing to communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or its services.

 

 

2. About Ikojn Health

Ikojn Health is a health coaching, guidance, and empowerment platform founded by Dr. Bernadette Kimemia. Ikojn Health provides:

  • Health coaching and personalized guidance
  • Speaking engagements and educational content
  • Community membership and online courses
  • Healthcare consulting for organizations
  • Podcast content and educational media

Ikojn Health is not a medical practice. No services offered through iamikojn.com constitute medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or patient care. Ikojn Health does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.

For clinical care, medical diagnosis, treatment, and HIPAA-regulated medical services, Dr. Kimemia sees patients through Uhai Health, a separate and independent medical practice located at liveuhai.com. Ikojn Health and Uhai Health are distinct entities with separate scopes of service.

 

 

3. Health Coaching Disclaimer

All services provided through Ikojn Health — including but not limited to 1:1 coaching, group coaching, courses, and community content — are health coaching and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or heard through Ikojn Health.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

 

 

4. SMS / Text Message Communications — A2P Compliance

By providing your phone number and opting in to text communications from Ikojn Health, you agree to the following terms:

4a. Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting your phone number through any Ikojn Health form, opt-in page, or registration, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Ikojn Health, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment and discovery call reminders
  • Coaching session confirmations
  • Service and program updates
  • Community announcements
  • Marketing and promotional messages related to Ikojn Health services

4b. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and enrollment. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. You will always be notified of changes to message frequency.

4c. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan’s messaging rates.

4d. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Ikojn Health. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START.

4e. Help

For help or more information, reply HELP to any text message or contact us at hello@iamikojn.com.

4f. Carrier Disclaimer

Ikojn Health is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4g. Separation from Uhai Health

SMS consent given to Ikojn Health does not extend to Uhai Health. These are separate entities with separate communication systems. Consent for text communications from one brand does not constitute consent for the other.

4h. No Medical Information via SMS

No clinical, diagnostic, or protected health information (PHI) will be transmitted via Ikojn Health SMS communications. Ikojn Health SMS is used for coaching, scheduling, and community purposes only.

 

 

5. Email Communications

By providing your email address through any Ikojn Health form or opt-in, you consent to receive email communications including newsletters, program updates, educational content, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@iamikojn.com.

 

 

6. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through iamikojn.com are subject to the following:

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been arranged
  • Coaching program applications do not guarantee enrollment
  • Once accepted and payment is made, coaching programs are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy below

Refund Policy

  • Consultation & Protocol Package: Refund available within 48 hours of purchase if no sessions have been conducted
  • Executive Optimization & Platinum Transformation: No refunds after the onboarding session has been completed. Partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Community Memberships: Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period.
  • Courses: Non-refundable once course materials have been accessed.
  • Speaking Engagements: Cancellation terms outlined in the individual speaking agreement.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on iamikojn.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, podcast content, course materials, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Ikojn Health and Dr. Bernadette Kimemia and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Ikojn Health content without prior written permission. The #IAmIkojn name, movement, and associated materials are proprietary to Ikojn Health.

 

 

8. User Conduct

By using iamikojn.com and participating in any Ikojn Health community or program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of other community members
  • Not share, reproduce, or distribute paid program content
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Not impersonate Dr. Kimemia or any Ikojn Health representative

Ikojn Health reserves the right to remove any user from the community or revoke access to any program for conduct that violates these terms, without refund.

 

 

9. Third-Party Links

iamikojn.com may contain links to third-party websites, including liveuhai.com (Uhai Health). These links are provided for convenience only. Ikojn Health is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikojn Health and Dr. Bernadette Kimemia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of iamikojn.com or any Ikojn Health service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [County], Florida.

 

 

12. Changes to These Terms

Ikojn Health reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of iamikojn.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
